Ingredients
Marinade:
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise/ coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- ½ tbsp ginger paste
- ½ tsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp spring onion greens
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp red chili flakes
- Mix with a hand blender and keep aside
For the slider:
- A block of tempeh
- Oil
- Pav
Method:
- Cut tempeh into medium sized cubes
- Add 3/4th of the marinade to it and let sit for 4 hrs
- Once marinated, shallow fry the tempeh on both sides till they are cooked well
- Fill in the tempeh into a loaf of pav and drizzle some of the marinade on top if you’d like
