Hot and Sweet Tempeh With Stir Fried Noodles:

Barbecue Tempeh Steak Reading Hot and Sweet Tempeh With Stir Fried Noodles: 1 minute Next Peri Peri Tempeh Wraps

 

Serves: 2-3 

 

Ingredients: 

Tempeh: 

1 tbsp olive oil 
1 cup tempeh 

  • 1.5 cups boiled noodles 
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup carrot
  • 1/4 cup capsicum
  • 1/4 cup cabbage
  • 1/4 cup onions
  • 1/4 cup French beans
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp green chilli sauce
  • Salt as per taste 

Garnish: 

Sesame seeds 
Onion greens 

Method:

  1. In a pan, roast some hot and sweet flavoured tempeh until crisp.
  2. In another pan, heat some oil, add ginger garlic paste, sauté veggies. 
  3. Add sauces and spices and cook well. 
  4. Lastly add the boiled noodles and mix well. 
  5. Garnish with some onion greens and sesame seeds. Serve piping hot!
