Ingredients:
Tempeh:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup tempeh
- 1.5 cups boiled noodles
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 cup carrot
- 1/4 cup capsicum
- 1/4 cup cabbage
- 1/4 cup onions
- 1/4 cup French beans
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp green chilli sauce
- Salt as per taste
Garnish:
Sesame seeds
Onion greens
Method:
- In a pan, roast some hot and sweet flavoured tempeh until crisp.
- In another pan, heat some oil, add ginger garlic paste, sauté veggies.
- Add sauces and spices and cook well.
- Lastly add the boiled noodles and mix well.
- Garnish with some onion greens and sesame seeds. Serve piping hot!
