Makes 3-4 wraps
Ingredients:
For filling:
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp red chili powder
Salt as per taste
For Yogurt dip:
1/2 cup curd
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp pepper
Salt as per taste
For assembling:
4 whole wheat wraps
Lettuce leaves
Onion slices
Chaat masala
Method :
- In a pan, heat some oil, add ginger garlic paste and sauté veggies.
- Add in the peri peri tempeh and mix well. Add some salt if required.
For yogurt dip,
- Mix all the ingredients well.
For assembling
- Take a wrap, place some lettuce in the centre of the wrap, add prepared tempeh filling, onion slices and sprinkle some chat masala. Fold and serve immediately!
