Peri Peri Tempeh Wraps

An enticing and refreshing appetizer, we also have a special yogurt dip recipe to go with the wraps that you don't want to miss.

Makes 3-4 wraps 

Ingredients: 

For filling: 
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup chopped onions 
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp red chili powder
Salt as per taste 

For Yogurt dip:
1/2 cup curd
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp pepper
Salt as per taste 

For assembling: 
4 whole wheat wraps
Lettuce leaves
Onion slices
Chaat masala 


Method :

  1. In a pan, heat some oil, add ginger garlic paste and sauté veggies. 
  2. Add in the peri peri  tempeh and mix well. Add some salt if required. 

For yogurt dip, 

  1. Mix all the ingredients well. 

For assembling

  1. Take a wrap, place some lettuce in the centre of the wrap, add prepared tempeh filling, onion slices and sprinkle some chat masala. Fold and serve immediately!
