Ingredients
For satay marinade
Add 1/4th cup coconut milk in a bowl
Add 2 tbsp of Thai red curry paste
Add 1 tbsp of coconut sugar
3-4 cloves of finely chopped garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp curry powder
2 tsp soy sauce
Mix well with a hand blender and keep aside
For tempeh skewer:
100 gm diced tempeh
Skewers
Method:
- Add 100 gm of diced tempeh to a glass jar
- Pour the satay mix and let marinate for 4 hours
- After that, put the tempeh dices on a skewer and cook on a pan till charred
- Serve the tempeh skewers with peanut sauce and its ready
