Ingredients
For tandoori marinade:
1/4th cup coconut milk
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp finely chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp garam masala
Mix well to achieve the marinade consistency
100 gm of diced tempeh
Method:
- Cut 100 gm tempeh into medium sized blocks
- Add the tandoori marinade and rest for 4 hrs
- Cook the marinated tempeh in a pre-heated oven (200 degrees) and bake for 20-25mins
- Ensure to cook on both sides
- Tandoori tempeh is ready to be served hot with coriander chutney.
