We can ship products anywhere in India or Internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
Items in stock will typically ship out within 5 business days.
We offer free shipping of our product across India. The term “Free Shipping”is mentioned with all our products unless mentioned otherwise.
We do not ship outside India. Kindly do not order for delivering anything beyond the territorial boundaries of India.
RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS

Since https://www.zohprobiotics.com/ is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. Please note that our bonuses are offered on behalf of our respected partners and are not an issue for a refund or chargeback.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within ONE WEEK of the purchase date will be credited in the 95% amount (covering for packaging, shipping and payment gateway charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of the package.
In case the following conditions are not met, https://www.zohprobiotics.com/ reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.
– the items must be dispatched for refund or exchange within 3 days of receiving with a valid tracking id.
– items and packaging must be received in new condition with original packaging. Any additional packaging cost if incured, shall be borne by you. The return shipping will be your responsibility and cost of return shipping will be paid by you.
– the original manufacturer’s packaging must not be damaged
– packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.
– return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box
– return package must include a copy of the original invoice or sale receipt

If you have an exchange for the same amount of the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party products other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party products and we do not provide support for third-party products.

Requests for a refund are accepted within a period of 2 weeks after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms and Conditions.
A refund is issued to you upon receipt of a Waiver of Copyright signed by you.
IMPORTANT: ALL APPROVED REFUND SETTLEMENTS OF ORDERS PAID USING PAYMENT GATEWAYS (RAZORPAY) WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL 3% DEDUCTION ON THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT TO COMPENSATE PAYMENT GATEWAY CONVENIENCE FEES.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return Policy.
