Ingredients:

🔹 For Tempeh Fries:

  • 🌱 A block of Zoh Tempeh
  • 🛢️ A splash of Oil
  • 🍶 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 🌶️ A dash of Peri Peri Masala

🔹 For Peanut Butter Dressing:

  • 🍶 1 ½ tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 🥢 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 🍏 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 🧄 4-5 finely chopped Garlic Cloves
  • 🥜 2 ½ tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 🍯 1 tbsp Brown Sugar/ Coconut Sugar

Method:

👩‍🍳 Cut the tempeh in length like a French fry. Grease the pan and shallow fry the tempeh till they turn golden and brown and acquire crispness. Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce and sprinkle peri peri masala on the tempeh, cook well.

👩‍🍳 For the peanut butter dressing- in a bowl, add 1 ½ tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 4-5 finely chopped garlic cloves, 2 ½ tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp brown sugar and combine well.

👩‍🍳 Serve tempeh fries with the peanut butter dressing. Garnish with micro greens and chilli flakes. Enjoy!
