Ingredients
For tempeh steak:
2 tbsp olive oil
For Sauce:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped green chillies
1/4 cup chopped green capsicum
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup cornflour slurry
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp chilli sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp brown sugar
Salt as per taste
Method:
- Pan roast barbecue tempeh with some oil.
- In another pan, heat some oil, add garlic, green chillies, onions and capsicum and sauté well. Add all the sauces, cornflour slurry and spices.
- Mix and cook for 2-3 mins. Add in tempeh and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander and sesame seeds, serve piping hot!
